先日、自然農で栽培したマイ小麦を手作業で脱穀製粉しました。「私たちは自然と繋がっている」ということを体が思い出しさえすれば、多くの現代生活の悩みは解決されるような気がしています。エネルギーあふれる命を丁寧に頂くことで、今度は自分が誰かに元氣をあげられる存在になれるはず。。奈良の有機農家さんのお野菜や、無添加の食材、伝統的な調味料、自家製の自然農小麦粉などを用いた軽食や自家製スイーツ、自然派にこだわったお飲物やアルコールなどご用意しておお料理はマクロビオティックの考えに基づいています。

革 orgando（風琴堂 おるがんどう）
元々はＩＴ業界でソフトウェアを作っていましたが、ある日突然レザークラフトを始め、気がつくとＩＴ業界を後にしていました。定番商品は持たずに自分が気になるものとオーダーを受けて、小物とバッグを製作しています。2011年にJLIA(日本皮革産業連合会)主催のJapan Leather Awardでメンズ賞を獲得<http://award.jlia.or.jp/2011/news/111103_1.html>
器用すぎる、何でも作れる風琴堂さん。大事な革製品があれば修理もしてくれますのでぜひ～。
土 遊・祐子（ゆう・ゆうこ)
「職場の先輩に誘われて、陶芸教室に通い始めて、１０年が経ちました。途中、休んだこともありましたが、こんな物を作ってみたいという好奇心だけで続けています。今回、縁あって、このような機会に恵まれた事に感謝して、皆様に見て頂きたいと思います。」
いつも謙虚で笑顔を絶やさない祐子さん。カフェにはそんな彼女の人柄のあふれる優しい作品がたくさん並びます～。
布 坂田明子
自分で綿を育て、綿から糸をつむいで染めて織るといった一連の工程が今後出来たらと。オーガニックコットンで安全に使用できるものを。染めは、今、藍の葉っぱも育てているのですが、色々な染織に挑戦していきたいですね。草木染には色々な効用もあります。
男前な運転が格好良いさかたさん。綿のほか絹や麻など自然素材の染織に夢中です！

最近は神戸でライブを行っているとってもお洒落でダンディな吉岡さん。ゴスペルで鍛えた喉で弾き語りも聴けるかも！？

I used to work in the IT industry but now I have my own brand of leather crafts. I do all of my creations by order only. I won the Japan Leather Award in 2011 in the Mens division.
